Reports from previous BES grants

The Society funds several grant schemes where the successful applicants are expected to produce reports at the end of their project.  Reports are kept for around three years from the date of the award before either being fully loaded onto this webpage or having an abstract and a link to their journal publishers provided where relevant. The BES is striving to publish more reports online, so please return to this page for the latest updates.

Grant report templates for grants to individuals:

To submit an Travel Grant for attendance at BES meetings, Student support for attendance at Ecological conferences or Specialist Course grant report, please download our Attendance Grant Report Template or contact the BES office. Reports should be maximum of  2 pages long.

To submit an interim report, please download our Interim Report Template or contact the BES office. Reports should be a maximum of 4 pages long.

To submit a final report for any individual grant awards, please download our Report Template or contact the BES office. Reports should be a maximum of 7 pages long.

To submit an Ecological Education Grant report, please download our Education Grant Report Template or contact the BES office. Reports should be maximum of  4 pages long.

To submit a report for a Public Engagement Grant or for a Workshop or Commemorative event funded by the BES, please download our PEG and Meeting Report Template
