BES Annual Meeting

Exhibition and Inserts

We are expecting in the region of 650 delegates, ranging from students, to eminent scientists and teachers to policy advisors. As ever, we have a very large international contingent.

The exhibition space will be held in the Hunter Hall which will also hold the BES registration desk, refreshments, lunch, internet cafe and posters.  If we have enough room, there’ll also be a delegate seating area.  As you can see, it’s a very open area with high ceilings and large leaded windows letting in plenty of daylight.

Rates are as follows:

3m x 1m space = £395.00 + VAT

6m x 1m space = £750.00 + VAT

Inserts = £85.00
