Joan Ruddock MP, Minister for Climate Change, Biodiversity and Waste, will be online today at http://www.guardian.co.uk/ to answer your questions on climate change and fuel poverty. You can post questions to the Minister in advance and see them answered when the Minister is live online between 12.30pm – 1.30pm.
