Make a Difference with a Career in Biology
In collaboration with the Biochemical Society, British Pharmacological Society, the Physiological Society, Society of Biology, Society for Experimental Biology and Society for General Microbiology, the BES has developed a range of resources to highlight the types of career available to those with a biology degree. Focusing on sport, food, medicine, animals, and sustainability, the Make a Difference website provides further information about these sectors. A range of posters are also available. A pack containing all designs can be requested here.
Next Steps
The BES, in collaboration with other learned societies, has published a guide to the options available after a bioscience degree. This guide covers further education, employment and general advice on how to go about making the next step. A copy of this guide can be obtained from the Society of Biology.
