From 18-23 August 2013, the 11th INTECOL Congress, Ecology: Into the next 100 years will be held at the ExCeL in London as part of the centenary celebrations of the British Ecological Society. The theme of the Congress is advancing ecology and making it count and will present world class ecological science that will truly move the science forward.

Scientific Programme

The scientific programme will feature eleven plenary speakers, a series 43 of symposia  featuring ecological research from around the world with keynote speakers, and a programme of interactive workshops showcasing the most important and timely methods, applications, communications and technology associated with ecological science.

Please note abstract submission is now closed. If you have been accepted for a talk or poster at INTECOL 2013 you must register by Sunday 12 May in order to be included in the final programme.

Social Programme

As well as the scientific programme we are pleased to be holding a number of social events for delegates, including the British Ecological Society Centenary Party at Old Billinsgate, which we invite all delegates to come and enjoy. Social events are booked through your registration form.

INTECOL are also pleased to offer a range of ecological tours in and around London for delegates arriving on Sunday 18 August 2013. Tours are booked through your registration form.
