Aims:

EGG is an informal group of scientists; academics, researchers and graduate students, whose interests include ecological genetics, populations genetics & population biology, biosystematics, conservation, molecular ecology and phylogeography. The group has a three-day meeting at Easter each year (venue varies) including an excursion to a field site of interest, usually preceded by an optional workshop. Talks are welcomed from students giving their first presentation, to senior academics presenting completed work.

Current / Future Meetings:

The 57th meeting of the Ecological Genetics Group will take place from 2 – 4 April 2013 at Queen’s University Belfast, and is being hosted and organised by Jim Provan and Gemma Beatty.
