6th Early Career Researcher Meeting, Imperial College, Silwood Park, 28-30 March 2012

Guest speakers:

Dr Julia Jones, School of the Environment, Natural Resources and Geography, Bangor University

Workshops:

  • Ecological data analysis in R

Send us your suggestions for which topics would be really useful.

  • Zen and the Art of Communicating Science

A different and, above all, fun approach to getting the message across. This workshop gives you all the tips you need to engage others in your research.
Sessions will include 'getting published', 'what makes a really good talk?', 'combating nerves', 'networking' and 'science for the public'.
If there's a topic you think would particularly useful, please get in touch.

Workshops are open to anyone interested (including non-tropecologists) but places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
