INFORMATION

Methods in Ecology and Evolution is running a Symposium to mark the launch of the journal. The one-day symposium will take place on Thursday 22 April 2010 at Charles Darwin House, the new offices of the British Ecological Society in central London. Methods in Ecology and Evolution Launch Symposium Programme.

REGISTRATION

There is a small fee to register for the symposium (Ordinary delegate £15, Student delegate £10). Bookings will not be processed without full payment. The registration fee includes teas, coffees and lunch.

Day registration by cash payments only is available from the Registration Desk during the meeting, but we encourage you to book in advance to secure a place as the number of delegates is restricted to 120.

If your institution is issuing a cheque for payment, do not rely on your Finance Office to forward your booking form to the BES. On many occasions finance officers have failed to send us forms, which results in obvious problems.

When we receive your booking form, it will be processed and a letter of confirmation plus joining instructions will be emailed to you. You should keep a copy of the completed form for your records. Send your booking form by one method only, do not send copies via both mail and fax.

MEALS

The registration fee includes teas, coffees and a light buffet lunch. Please let us know your dietary requirements.

QUERIES

Any queries regarding the Launch Symposium should be directed to Graziella Iossa, Journal co-ordinator.
