BES Christmas Book Club

Each year the BES works with a wide range of published to bring members the Christmas Book Club. Distributed with the November Bulletin it gives members the chance to by ecology books at exclusive discounted rates.

The BES publishes the Symposium Volumes and Special Publications Series available through Blackwell Publishing. BES members get a significant discount on both hardback and paperback copies.

British Wildlife

British Wildlife is an independent bi-monthly magazine covering all aspects of British natural history and conservation. BES members are eligible for a concessionary subscription. Biological Conservation

Through Elsevier Science the BES is able to offer its members an individual subscription to Biological Conservation. An annual subscription costs only £80 for BES members and an online subscription form is available.

Global Change Biology

Members of the British Ecological Society can take advantage of a discount on Global Change Biology. The regular Personal Rate is £171 for the 2006 for print and online, but BES members can enjoy online only subscription for jst £37.
