Digital Project Manager – CRM
Delivery of a new CRM system for the British Ecological Society
The British Ecological Society is to embark on a significant digital project to implement a new CRM system. This is an important step in taking our new strategy forward, improving member engagement and increasing the impact and reach of our activities for the global ecology community.
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of the new CRM system, including integration with the Society’s website, in partnership with the external CRM suppliers. A CRM supplier has been identified and initial work to define requirements and map ‘as is’ business processes has already undertaken.
The postholder’s responsibilities will include project planning, process design, supplier management and liaison, through to implementation, testing, training, go-live and planning for ongoing development. You will work alongside key CRM users internally, the CRM suppliers, our web developers and IT suppliers to ensure successful delivery of workstreams to specification, quality and on time and budget.
The role is fixed term until project completion, estimated to be 6 months, however there is the possibility of further extension.
