Watersheds in a changing climate: issues and challenges.
Abstract
This paper presents the issues and challenges in managing watersheds under a changing climate. The paper discusses the stressors that place watersheds under stress, including: human stressors and natural or climate-induced stressors; and enumerates a number of impelling considerations in watershed management.
