Ecology & Evolution Ireland 2023
Welcome to Ecology & Evolution Ireland 2023, a conference hosted by Trinity College Dublin for all working in ecology & evolution in Ireland or further afield.
Ecology & Evolution Ireland 2023 will take place over two days, hosted by Trinity College Dublin. The conference is supported by the BES and the IEA. The conference programme includes plenary talks, contributed talks and posters, workshops and a public event on Friday evening. See the IEA website for more details.
The plenary speakers will include:
- Professor Jens Christian Svenning, ERC awardee and Director of the Center for Biodiversity Dynamics in a Changing World (Aaarhus University)
- Professor Jennifer McElwain, ERC awardee and Director of Trinity Botanic Gardens (Trinity College Dublin)
- Professor Owen Petchey, Director of the Global Change and Biodiversity URPP (University of Zurich, virtual plenary)
Abstract submissions for talks and posters can be made until 18:00 (GMT) Tuesday 1 November using this link. We welcome abstracts on all aspects of ecology and evolution.
The deadline for registration Monday 21 November 18:00 (GMT). The below ticket types are available.
- Student BES member: 60€
- Student non-member: 70€
- Standard BES member: 90€
- Standard non-member: 110€
The Irish Ecological Association is part of the BES, while membership of the IEA is free we encourage our members to join BES to take advantage of their benefits, including discounted registration for this event.
