PEPG SIG: Snowdonia Annual Early Career Scientist Symposium
This year the BES/SEB Plant Environmental Physiology special interest group will host its annual early career scientist symposium at the Pen-y-Pass YHA on 17 – 19 May 2017
In 2017 the PEPG SIG will be holding their annual early career scientist symposium in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
We will tour the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology’s Solardome & Ozone Field Release System facility in Bangor, hear a keynote talk from the Director of CEH Professor Bridget Emmett, take a botanically themed walk to the beautiful Aber Falls, and enjoy a day of talks by early career researchers in plant physiology.
Registration fees are £40 for SEB and BES members, £60 for non-members. All meals and lodging at the Pen-y-Pass youth hostel are included.
All symposium attendees are encouraged to present a talk. Please submit 100-word abstract after registration to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration deadline is 15 April 2017.
