COVID-19 measures

As we return to in-person events, the safety of attendees remains our priority.

We are putting in place a series of measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission so that our events are a safe space to meet.

The below measures will reduce the risk of spreading the virus at the event and help protect us all. Thank you for supporting everyone’s safety and wellbeing while coronavirus remains in general circulation.

  • Attendees must not attend the conference if they have tested positive for, or have symptoms of, COVID-19.
  • We ask that delegates are fully vaccinated.
  • As outlined in the UK Government’s plan ‘Living with Covid-19’ released in February 2022, lateral flow tests are no longer freely available in the UK. You can purchase these from £2 (prices vary) per test at high street pharmacies. We encourage delegates to test before attending the conference. We will not be asking for proof of these on registration.
  • Wearing a face mask is encouraged throughout the venue, unless medically exempt, or when eating, drinking, or at a seated dinner.
  • Social distancing will not be enforced but encouraged where possible.
  • The venue will provide increased ventilation in all indoor spaces.
  • Sanitiser stations will be available to use throughout the building.

Please note we continue to monitor UK Government guidance and will adapt our plans, or introduce new measures, as necessary. The guidance above is therefore subject to change, so please check this page regularly for updates.
