Forest biodiversity monitoring - guide to community-based approaches.
Abstract
This community-based approaches guide on forest biodiversity monitoring is comprised of two parts. Part I provides the overview of community-based monitoring, including: benefits and constraints of community-based monitoring (CBM), and adapting to sociocultural contexts; Part II enumerates the steps and recommendations for CBM, including: planning and preparation, development of the monitoring plan; and implementation and reflection.
