This section is designed to help you with any problems - or queries you may have whilst visiting this site.
Navigating the site
Although there are over 300 pages of information on this site, we have worked hard to ensure that finding your way around is easy! All the pages follow a fixed structure: the main sections are always listed on the left, and the contents of each section appear in a separate menu on the right as you navigate. The link trail at the top of the page shows you where you have been, so you'll never get lost!
Finding Documents
If you prefer, you can search the whole site from wherever you are using the box provided at the foot of the main navigation area onthe left of every page. A site map is also provided showing the entire site structure.
For first time visitors, another good way to explore the site is using the green buttons at the top. These pages guide you through the key areas of the site according to you area of interest - General, Reseach, Students, Teachers, Journalists or Authors

The BES site will soon be launching the following features for the benefits of visitors (expected feb 2002):
