We are delighted that our Annual Meeting will be returning to Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, in December 2023.
Join ecologists from around the world in December 2023 for Europe’s largest and most welcoming conference dedicated to ecology.
Each year our Annual Meeting attracts over 1200 delegates and provides opportunities to meet new colleagues, develop your career, learn new skills, and share your science with the global ecological community.
We will be offering an exciting programme of internationally renowned plenary speakers, diverse thematic sessions, engaging workshops, a variety of networking events and a commercial exhibition. Exhibition packages 2023
If you wish to reserve your space at the exhibition, sponsorship package or advertising space at BES Annual Meeting at the Belfast ICC 12-15 December 2023 please email our Senior Development Manager, Paul Bower and write BELFAST 2023 in the subject box. There is no obligation to pay until 30 June 2023. You can change your mind at any point before then without penalty.
- 4×4 metre fully fitted booth with lighting and mains power at the centre of the exhibition hall with sponsor benefits. You will be listed listed as an event sponsor in communications and venue branding. Includes 2 registrations. £3,200.
- 3×2 metre fully fitted booth with mains power. Includes 1 registration. £1,900
- Display table. Includes I registration. The number of display tables is limited and access to mains power cannot be guaranteed. £900
Sponsorship packages 2023
Our programme of world class international speakers, workshops and thematic sessions will be finalised in Spring 2023. However, you can express an interest now in any of these packages.
- Workshop sponsorship: £500
- Thematic session sponsorship: £600
- Headline plenary session sponsorship: £1,000 single or £3,500 for all four plenaries
- Sponsor all poster sessions £2,000
- International ecological societies reception: £700
- Opening ceremony and reception: £950
- Celebration Dinner for 600 delegates £1,200
- Sponsor the registrations of early career ecologists from under represented groups as part of our Diversity Partners’ Programme: POA
Note: VAT will normally be charged at 20% in addition all the above prices. However, if an organisation is domiciled outside the UK and can provide a current sales tax number they are considered to be out of scope for VAT and it is not charged.
Advertise
You can also book your advertising space now in The Niche, our full colour quarterly members’ magazine read by over 8,000 ecologists in 119 countries. The Niche is published as both hard copy and digital in March, June, September and December. You can embed links in digital artwork to drive traffic to your website. UK based charities are exempt from VAT on print advertising. You can download a rate card and technical specification at the bottom of this page.
