Exhibition and Sponsorship
“Our exhibition hall is at the heart of the BES Annual Meeting. It’s a vibrant and important space where organisations and businesses can connect directly with ecologists from across the world and engage with them in a meaningful way.”
Hazel Norman, CEO, British Ecological Society
We are delighted to open bookings for the exhibition and sponsorship opportunities for this year’s Annual Meeting. With limited space in the hall, make sure that you book your exhibition stand early to secure your place at Europe’s largest event dedicated to ecology!
The BES Annual Meeting has a busy and engaging exhibition floor with a guaranteed high footfall, made possible by having the exhibition hall as the focal point for catering as well as large networking moments and the poster sessions.
Exhibitors are nestled in amongst the posters, to make the most of connections with delegates and so that you feel very much a part of this friendly and welcoming event, and the ecological community.
Face-to-face events offer a number of ways for an organisation to meet business goals:
- Start building meaningful connections with ecologists from across the world
- Showcase your products and services
- Give hands-on demonstrations
- Launch new products and services
- Reinforce your brand messages
- Gather feedback and collect data
- Offer recruitment opportunities
- Align your organisation with the largest ecology conference in Europe
