Delegate Information
Our delegate guidelines provide you with all the key information to help you get the most out of the conference and navigate your way around the virtual experience. Please take the time to read through these before the conference.
Full Programme
The full programme is now available via the Festival of Ecology conference app. This includes full abstracts and author lists for both live and on-demand content, information on session times, and a list of our exhibitors. This should be used as the programme alongside the main conference platform.
The app allows you to browse all content before the conference starts and add any sessions or talks you want to view to your schedule, creating a list of things to watch throughout the week.
The app can be viewed on any device and opened as a web browser if you would prefer not to download the app. However, the added benefit of downloading to your phone, is the ability to set reminders and receive notifications so you don’t miss out on a session!
You will receive an email invitation detailing how to access the app. If you have not received this by Thursday 10 December, please check your junk/clutter folder first, and then email the Events Team.
Access the app via your phone
- Check your email for an invitation message from the BES CrowdCompass app
- Click Download the App to be taken to the app store
- Click Download and wait for the app to install itself on your device
- Once installed, open your invitation email again
- Click Verify Account
- Click Open App to complete the verification via your new mobile app
Access the app via the web
- Check your email for an invitation message from the BES CrowdCompass app
- Open your invitation email on the device that you plan to use at the event
- Tap Verify Account
- Click mobile web browser to complete the verification via the Online Event Guide
