Presenter Guidelines
Congratulations on having a presentation accepted, we are very much looking forward to learning about your work at our Festival of Ecology.
Please read through these guidelines carefully before preparing your presentation. All presentations must be uploaded by the below deadline.
Presentation upload deadline: 17:00 (GMT), Monday 23 November
15-Minute Pre-Recorded Talks
- You need to prepare a 15-minute talk as an MP4
- Please view the presentation for guidance on how to prepare your talk
- Please ensure you have checked your presentation before submitting. You will only be able to submit once
- Your talk presentation must be submitted via our online form
Eposter and Lightning Talks
- Your poster should be prepared as A4 portrait PDF
- Your 2-minute talk should be prepared as an MP4
- Please view the presentation for guidance on how to prepare your talk
- Please ensure you have checked your presentation before submitting. You will only be able to submit once
- Your eposter and lightning talk presentation must be submitted via our online form
Thematic Sessions
If you are a thematic session speaker, you will be part of LIVE sessions. You are therefore not required to upload your talk ahead of the conference, so please ignore the deadline. Please speak to your session organsiers to confirm the length of your talk.
We would however encourage you to read over the speaker guidelines, ahead of preparing your presentation for your session.
