As discussed in the recent editorial “How international journals can support ecology from the Global South” the Journal of Applied Ecology’s Editor team have made a number of changes in the way the Journal operates with the aim of supporting  the emergence of a more diverse community of applied ecologists.

The Journal’s activities in this area are regularly reviewed and developed, therefore, we welcome feedback from our community to consider for future initiatives. Some of the activities mentioned below have been in place for a number of years, others are new developments. Your comments will be collected anonymously unless you choose to leave your email address.
