Join William Gearty and Lewis Jones as they show case their R package rphylopic used for fetching, transforming, and visualising silhouettes of organisms from the PhyloPic database.
In this virtual workshop, the maintainers of the package will interactively demo several use cases of its functionality in base R and ggplot. There will be plenty of time for questions and to address attendees’ personal use cases.
